CFC works with members at all skill levels; most of our members had never tried CrossFit until they walked through our doors. Our coaching staff is skilled at working with both beginner and advanced athletes, so classes will always challenge you, no matter what your experience level.

I am almost 58 years old; I joined Cliffhangers just before their Grand Opening in March 2015. I had stopped any real participation in physical fitness in my thirties, and most recently I had even stopped riding my bike. At my first session with Cliffhangers I could not perform a sit up. Al modified the exercises until I became fit enough to perform the workouts. I have lost 30 pounds, and perform a hundred sit ups during regular workouts. In my twenties, I played basketball in corporate leagues, ran, and studied Judo. My goal is to be in the best physical condition of my life before my 60th birthday. Thanks to Coaches Al and Alexis, and my workout team at Cliffhangers; I am going to reach my goals early.Sam E.
