CrossFit Cliffhangers welcomes members at all skill levels into a small group class setting; most of our members had never tried CrossFit until they walked through our doors. Our coaching staff is skilled at working with both beginner and advanced athletes, so the classes will always challenge you, no matter what your experience level.
We encourage new members to sign up for a 1-on-1 introductory consultation with one of our coaches, to discuss your fitness goals and establish a plan to achieve these goals. These 1-on-1 Introductory consultations will take place over 2 days: Day 1 will be a “no sweat” introduction to your CFC coach, our gym, and to help us learn about more about you and what you hope to accomplish.
Cliffhangers also offers personal training and small private group sessions for individuals who would like to join, but are not ready for the full class experience—yet!

I joined Cliffhangers over 7 months ago. I have lost over 40 pounds and over 3 1/2 inches off my waist.
